Sky Line General Maintenance (License No. 42264) was founded in 2015 by civil engineer and entrepreneur Saeed Ullah Hanjra, with a mission to deliver reliable, high-quality maintenance and construction services across the UAE. Headquartered at Rotana Business Center, Ras Al-Khaimah, we operate across all Emirates serving residential, commercial, infrastructure, and municipal clients. With a core team of 36 dedicated professionals — supported by specialist labour from trusted suppliers — we handle everything from routine maintenance contracts to complex civil, MEP, landscaping, and public space projects.
